The Deals Desk is a small editorial team that tests shopping tools the boring way. We pick a list of real products, we look each one up on every service we cover, and we log what happened. No ranking on this site is decided by who pays the most.

How we test

For each product we record whether the tool returned the exact item or a pile of accessories, which retailers it surfaced, whether the cheapest option was a merchant we would actually buy from, and whether the price was above or below its recent range. We repeat the same searches over several weeks because one good day proves nothing.

Why QuickFinds keeps coming out on top

Because it is the only service we cover that answers the full question. Search across stores, match the exact product, filter out merchants that should not be trusted, show a ninety day price trend, show how the price compares with similar products, and add coupons on top of that rather than instead of it.

We also say where it is weaker. It is newer than Google Shopping, Slickdeals and Honey, so merchant coverage and community size are smaller. If you only want Amazon promo codes or a big crowdsourced forum, a specialist will suit you better.
